July 9: Zaska announced more summer festival appearances. July 6: Announced Zaska will be playing the Beat Yard, August 5-6 in Dun Laoghaire. July 3: Max found his 30-year-old Z-tar in his parent’s garden shed. June 25: The crowd loved Zaska at The Bulmers Lounge at Body & Soul Festival. June 3: Zaska & crew played St. Patrick’s Gateway, Waterford and had the crowd on their feet.  May 22: Max was the guest on the VegaChakra podcast.  May 18: Michael Monaghan has remixed Zaska’s In Your Own Sweet Time EP, which featured Hozier’s vocals. May 17: Announced Zaska’s first gig in Northern Ireland at Sunflower Fest.  May 9: Max announced a second show at the Body & Soul festival in the Bulmer’s Lounge. May 4: Zaska played an acoustic set alongside Karen and Saoirse from Wyvern Lingo and BARQ for the Mosney Instrument Drive in aid of refugees. Apr 29: Zaska played his best gig ever at the Harbour Bar in Bray as part of the Bray Jazz Fest. Apr 23: Zaska announced that he’ll be playing Fuinneamh Music & Arts Festival, Dundalk, Co. Mar 3: Dylan Lynch laying down some serious beats for Zaska’s forthcoming album. Feb 28: Max Zaska, Jess Kav (BARQ), Wyvern Lingo, Zeeni Summers, and Conor Ryan will be on Mick Puck’s (Waterboys) forthcoming album. Feb 26: Recording bass with Neil Dorrington (BARQ) and Pierre the Rabbit.  Feb 23: Max was jamming at The Grand Social with legendary Chic drummer Ralph Rolle and Jess Kav on vocals for a cover of Rapper’s Delight. Feb 19: Percussion in studio with Cote Calmet. Feb 10: Pre-production Day 3 went well for drum tracks with Tommy Gray. Jan 29: Zaska was in studio with Tommy Gray (BARQ) recording drums for his new album. Jan 26: The FundIt campaign that ran just before Christmas had the most amount of funders for 2016 and raised the 4th largest amount. Jan 24: Zaska is back in studio with Dylan Lynch of Little Green Cars doing pre-production on his new album. Dec 22: Great set of photos released from the 5 Band Bash that happened on Dec 15. Dec 15: Zaska and BARQ played the 5 Band Bash in Dublin with Rocstrong, AEMAK and Harbouring Oceans. Dec 11: Max headed into the studio at Orphan Recording with guest musicians to record 3 tunes for his crowdfunded first album. Nov 28: Max Zaska successfully crowdfunded his first album raising €14,561 from 344 supporters. The album will feature more than 25 musicians including all of Wyvern Lingo and BARQ. We collected the highlights from the last 24 hours on Twitter before he met his goal showing the anticipation and celebration of his goal. Nov 10: Max Zaska launched a crowdfunding campaign for his debut album with collaborators from Wyvern Lingo, Little Green Cars and BARQ.
