ROMES

ABOUT: Based in Toronto, ROMES are 1/2 Canadian (Jacob Alexander, Nicolas Amadeus) and 1/2 Irish (James Tebbitt, Andrew Keyes). They have been friends with Hozier since they met in high school in Bray. The band released their debut EP, Believe, in 2016 and their debut album in early 2017.

July 10: Billboard Magazine premiered the new self-shot ROMES video for Summer Sound and it’s hilarious, for all the right reasons. July 5:ROMES are pretty good live“, they’ve “stepped up their lighting game“, were praised for bringing their own lighting and “played a SPECTACULAR show” (review). Bowery Ballroom, New YorkJuly 4: Romes arrived in Montreal to do an acoustic session at Evenko concert promotions before playing their show at Sala RossaJuly 2: Someone gets Australian radio premier. May 29: ROMES gave the folks at Digital Tour Bus a tour of their road machine, Lieutenant Van. May 12: ROMES released a video for a live in-studio performance of Tryna Be. May 5: ROMES released their single In The Wild. May 1: ROMES were on set for a video shoot.
