In A Week is our look back at Hozier highlights and happenings from the previous week.
The Walking Dead
Arsonist’s Lullabye continues to get buzz from being featured in the March 6 episode of The Walking Dead. The song was one of the fastest- trending Shazams heading into the week, eventually setting a Shazam record for TV syncs. You can now listen to Arsonist’s Lullabye on Hozier’s Vevo Youtube channel or download it from iTunes.
TIMmusic Onstage Awards
Hozier won the International Talent of the Future Award from Italy’s TIMmusic Onstage Awards.

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!
Since I spent as much time in Dublin as in Nashville last year, I view it as a personal responsibility to take St. Patrick's Day very seriously and wear my Ireland beanie in the 70 degree weather… And of course, have the craic. Miss you, Irish fam 🙂 love, #rayneese #tinyhands #happystpatricksday #irish #craic
To celebrate the day, Sonic 102.9 shared a clip of an older interview from Sonic Boom with Hozier clearing up misconceptions about Ireland.
And check out this great St. Paddy’s Day video from Jameson featuring Wyvern Lingo‘s Fairytale as the soundtrack.
Of course, what is Saint Patrick’s Day without some great Irish music? So many Hozier friends and alumni on this Golden Plec playlist:

Little Green Cars
The band is in high gear promoting their new album with their North American tour beginning next week. Ephemera was BBC 6 Music’s Album of the Day and Little Green Cars was featured on CBC Radio’s Taste Test on March 16. Little Green Cars made their own visit to Two Tube on March 18. They also did radio sessions for 2FM, TXFM, and Queens Radio. The band released a spotify playlist of songs that inspire them. And Faye O’Rourke finally caved and joined twitter.
Lastly, Little Green Cars kicked off their Ephemera tour with two sold out shows at Whelans on March 18 and 19th.

This week Saint Sister was off to the United States for SXSW 2016. They got off to a harrowing start when Gemma’s harp did not make their connecting flight. Fortunately, she arrived just in time for the first gig at Hotel Second Play Stage.
The duo played Maggie Mae’s Gibson Room on March 16 where Hozier’s also played at SXSW 2014. On March 17, Saint Sister played FLOODfest and while celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Austin, were also The Great Escape’s Band of the Day. The pair finished off their SXSW adventure with a set at Full Irish Breakfast.

Ruby will be performing at the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art’s Club B10 on April 2. She’s also spent some time working with Nashville producer and singer-songwriter Trent Dabbs. Their last single Turn Our Eyes Away was very successful, appearing in an episode of Pretty Little Liars.
Lagoon Pictures released the visual pitch for their latest feature film, a serial killer thriller titled: Gemini. Brian Gleeson is the lead actor in the film but the true stars of the trailer are the impeccable cinematography from Tommy Fitzgerald and Alex Ryan‘s mood-setting score. Gemini was written and directed by Patrick Ryan and edited by Connor Fitzpatrick. The trailer has received positive reaction online including press from Scannain.
